This is a small section, totaling 100 individual knots, of some chain mail that I'm working on right now. Similar to one of the bracelets shown elsewhere, except for being much wider, and it's now large enough to show the amazing flexibility it will have when the project is done. (more pictures) Here's a closeup of the mail, in its curve over the edge of my hand, showing how the links mesh together. You can see, if you look closely, that I haven't yet soldered any of the joints.
